CompeGPS and Ordnance Survey anounced a new range of GPS devices. CompeGPS is a spanish sports brand, known for GPS devices, maps and GPS software; Ordnance Survey is the national mapping agency in Great Britain.

The new “OS Range of GPS Units” is described as following:

Ordnance Survey speaks of an initial range comprising

  • one hybrid unit for walking and cycling,
  • one cycling specific unit,
  • a run and fitness watch.

The GPS devices are manufactured in Spain and feature OS 1:25,000 mapping (except the watch). The new OS Range will be available via the Ordnance Survey online shop and retail outlets from late November 2016.

The OS range is unveiled at the OutDoor Show 2016 in Friedrichshafen.
